My Noritz tankless hot water heater is a new installation Oct 2010--I moved into the home in Nov- and am the only person in it.

The unit has stopped delivering any hot water at all 2 times now- and the first time I had the installer come to my house and he pushed the reset button on it and it worked ok for approx 1 week--then the same problem --complete shutdown of water flow from the hot side of shower faucet-cold water ok--this time I reset the unit myself--what do you think is causing this problem?
