Rheem heat pump electric water heater

I live in Pennsylvania (zone 2) and I am wondering if its worth buying Rheem heat pump water heater??

I have a mechanical room that is 5w x 13L x 8H and we have an oil boiler in there plus our water treatment and water heater(electric). In our climate will we obtain the savings they talk about ($280- $300).

The boiler puts off some heat in the winter and the mechanical room is a well insulated(spray foam) room on the outside of our house connected to a bath/laundry room by a door with a vent in the door.

The Rheem heat pump water heater is $1800.00 and we will get back $500 in tax rebate. Is the mechanical room large enough and does our climate make it worth the up front cost for this heater?? And also what are they saying so far about this product???
