Thermal Couples
by Jeff Twice a year I have to tear the system apart and clean thermal couples. The system heats up for about 10 sec. then it errors out. We can usually get one good shower out of it then the second one you have to fight with it until the hot water stays on. This is when I know it is time to tear it apart again. Unless they have come up with a fix for this I would not suggest buying this brand as well as all of the other brands made by this company.
