Leaking tank

Two years ago we bought a GE 60 gallons water heater tank from home depot in st-Jerome. the tank has a 12 years warranty.type of tank mod se60t12caj00 and ser no.cg0110253147. the tank is leaking every day and after a few attempts the warranty is not respected by either the manufacturer or the store.

Parts are covered by the 12 year warranty. I just had a condensation problem (similar to a leak) resolved). GE wants you to have a license profession diagnose the problem and call it in to them ~ i.e. identify the leak. Call the number provided: 1-800-431-1599 and follow their guidance.

You'll need the model and serial numbers, and date of install ready. Now that they are no longer making tanks, I've no idea how they will replace, but Rheem has lots of tanks. I hope that they have plenty of parts in inventory. Good luck.
