Loud train whistle sound when combi kicks on

Naviien CH210 combination furnace and water heater often makes a train whistle sound for 5 to seconds when it kicks on. 6 foot intake and ventilation pipes exit horizontally from unit. Help the installers have been here twice with no luck! Otherwise system works great! Don
