My State Water Heater, less than a year old

by Justin
(Cincinnati )

Last year about this same time(late August 2017), we had our water heater replaced with a “new” State water heater. It’s been less than a year and it’s already leaking from what appears to be the bottom of the tank. After consulting with the customer service representative from State water heater, they will replace the water heater with a new one, but won’t cover the labor charge. I could see if the water heater was more than a year old, but being less than a year old, you would think they would stand by their product and cover the new installation.

Not a happy customer.
