Had Bradford White gas water heater installed w/new house in 2007. After 6 yrs(2013) water heater developed a leak, had it replaced (paid labor charge $400).
In Aug 2017, the replaced water heater model #M1TW5056FBN serial# KE18223744, developed a leak w/water running out of the control panel & out the top of the water heater causing water damage though out our basement. ( Even the safe guard pan we had installed at the bottom of the water heater could not contain the water???)
So why did I chose your heater for replacement???? A question I ask myself every day. If this one does not last through the warranty period your product is done in this household!
