Noritz NR50 tankless water heater as the smallest unit of all
condensing and non-condensing models, is designed and recommended for
homes with one to one and a half bathrooms, also condominiums,
apartments
and cottages. It is ideal for budget oriented families and those who
prefer them installed and safely hanging outdoor, on
the outside wall.

Noritz
NR50 is small but with the thermal
efficiency of 83% and energy factor 0.82 for both natural and propane
gas, is high efficient unit and Energy Star approved. The on-demand
water heating and high energy factor are what are saving the energy and
money.

Its high performance, single flame burner is capable to heat
water efficiently in both
warmer and colder regions, but since the freeze protection system is
optional it is strongly recommended to buy it from Noritz if installing
in the colder, northern areas.
